THE COMMISSION:

As a successful registered representative, you want to earn the maximum commission and the highest payout. Depending on your production, that amount can be as high as 90%. On certain products, you can earn more than 100% of the commission you produce. How can that be? You ask. Contact us and find out.

What you can expect to earn:

In the first year, first $80,000 in gross commissions, you get 85%. You must produce $80,000, of which you get $68,000 and Broker Dealer gets $12,000. Anything above this and you get 90 %.

In the 2nd year, for the first $106,667 in gross commissions, you get 85%. You must produce $106,667, of which you get 106,667 and Broker Dealer gets $16,000. Anything above this and you get 90%.

In the 3rd year, for the first $133,333 in gross commissions, you get 85%. You must produce $133,333, of which you get 113,333 and Broker Dealer gets $20,000. Anything above this and you get 90%.

COMPLIANCE:

In a successful relationship between a broker dealer and its registered representatives, the broker dealer and the registered representative work together as a team to remain in compliance with all NASD and SEC rules and regulations. As an elite registered representative, you can focus on increasing your client base, while the broker dealer can spend its energy on compliance, record keeping, security and other matters.
